Well wordsters, here we are again, word up #16! Hard to believe! It is so amazing to me how fast time goes and how quickly the days go by! We have all been amazed at the talent out there that you have shown us! It is amazing! WoW!
SO.....my word for this week is HOPE. My daughter was married this past summer and I couldn't help but think of how much Hope they had on that day.... Dreams of a perfect new life together....We all have so much hope in our lives, Hopes and Dreams. What does HOPE mean to you? What are you hopeful for? Someone or something? We can't wait to see what you all come up with!
We are so excited to have two sponsors the word for this week. First DamboiseDesigns has both the word PEACE and a village trio for the winner. A great edition to your Christmas home decor! Second, Cupcake Scrapshop has offered their SOLD OUT December kit. Here is a peek at that kit! Make sure you check out the Past kit section for some great sales too!
Because of the Holiday Season we are asking you WORDSTERS to have your projects linked here by next WEDNESDAY, DEC. 19th, Midnight Mountain Time (-7 GMT). We will post the winner on Friday, DEC. 21st!
Lynn
And our second Guest member, Yuko Motoyama. Yuko, who comes from Japan, has been a loyal Wordster from the beginning and will be joining us for the next two Word Ups. She loves to scrap her family, her hubby and 2 adorable kids. You can see here work here at her blog or over at her SIS gallery. Go check it out, she is amazing!
And here is another beautiful layout about her daughter:
These are all amazing as usual!! You guys have made Wednesdays something to look forward to, I'm on this like white on rice!

I LOVE this word...it has gotten me through a 4 year divorce battle (which has just gone through). This man (my BF) in my layout is my HOPE and future!

OK, I did this not too long ago...
Hope is faith in the future tense... I think someone told me that once. Our daughter is hope expressed... we adopted Cora three years ago (she was 2 years old). Her "clinging" to us,needing us, like in this picture of her with my DH, was our hope for her. That she would love us. Big hopes. Big rewards.

I am inspired each week by this blog... I refer people to it all the time, but I never seem to get any done by the deadline. But I can always count on great layouts coming from this blog. Thanks for the inspiration!

Here it is, it was a difficult word for me, because I had to be totally hounest...
I used paper by Prima and Lazarwerx, rub ons from basis grey, k&compagny letters, fabric, pearls and lace.
