OLW: Word Up #19: CREATE

cre·ate : To cause to exist; bring into being; To give rise to; produce; To invest with an office or title; To produce through artistic or imaginative effort

ok...i'm going to admit that this wasn't my idea :)

one of my good friends, beth, and i were talking about our new "word" for 2008...her word last year was create...and i said "hmmm...interesting...why?".... well, let's just say...beth sold me on create :)

create....think about it.... how cool is it that we HAVE THE POWER to create...& imagine what we can do if we simply learn to OWN THAT POWER THAT WE EACH POSSES TO CREATE... we can cause something to exist... we can bring what we desire into being...

we've got the power all built in...& once we realize that....look out!!!

so what are you looking for? what do you want? what does your heart long for?
CREATE IT...
some things i'm looking forward to creating this year are smiles, hope, love, opportunity, energy, balance, peace, fun, sparks, kindness, growth, friendships, play, connections, charity, music, calm, answers and lots of art along the way :)

so get to producing through your imaginative efforts & CREATE!!!!

And we are please to introduce our next Guest Designer. You may know her as Momof3Crazies. Michelle (yes she actually has a name) has been playing along with us since the start (as she says...Religiously devoted) and we love seeing her creations. She is from a small town in Iowa, mother of 3 beautifully crazy kids (go figure), and a SAHM for nine years now. In addition to being addicted to scrapping, Michelle has recently been found sitting at the sewing machine creating away.
