Word Up #32: BE

BE...this word inspires so many things!!! it inspires peace...strength...self awareness. it inspires awareness and action. it inspires creativity. simply put...this word inspires me...one of the little things that bring me joy on a day to day is just BEing...sitting with my tea on my sun porch, or spending time in my garden, or sitting on my deck looking across the prairies...taking the moment in...i find that just letting the moment take you and finding that 5 minutes of inner peace to BE incredibly healing...relaxing and fortifying.

so for me...this was the perfect word to pick for this challenge. how does this word inspire you?? what comes to mind when you say or think of the word BE?? i had no idea what i was going to scrap about for this word when i chose it...so when i caught my son doing exactly what i do every day...it struck me as to how powerful that moment to BE really is...
