don't just look...glance over things...pause. take a second look and see. see love and kindness. see growth and change. see colours and emotions. see harmony in what surrounds us...see harmony within us. see me. see you...see potential, see your dreams. see it, hold it. appreciate it. when we open our eyes to those things we take for granted everyday...we see a whole new world...

we miss so much...so take a moment...what do you see?? when you really look?? i have struggled with self confidence my entire life...it's hard not to make comparisons these days between media and online images and to ignore in me what others see. so i created an art journal piece to remind myself...when i give myself a break, what i see...and that i like...love...what i see.
